Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team (including Managers), empowering each member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers and ensuring performance priorities are met.
