Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and address performance gaps or terminations as needed.
• Make recommendations on pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance, safety expectations, and policies; coordinate meetings.
• Open and close the store reliably several times per week.
