Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with proper procedures; maintain staffing levels.
• Evaluate operating statements for trends, expenses and shrink; improve profitability.
• Order stock to meet targets; review weekly ordering plans and cycle counts.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, pricing, fixtures and signage are compliant.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and secure cash handling and key control.
• Deliver superior customer service leadership and maintain a safe, clean store.
