Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and policies.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and counsel up to termination.
• Manage store staffing for opening and closing each day.
• Monitor sales, profitability, and inventory to meet targets.
