Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees and staffs the store.
• Provides training, conducts evaluations, and counsels when needed.
• Makes recommendations on pay rates and advancement.
• Communicates performance and safety expectations; leads meetings.
• Ensures proper opening/closing and staffing levels multiple days weekly.
• Evaluates operating statements for trends and cost control opportunities.
• Manages ordering and inventory to meet in-stock targets weekly.
• Facilitates merchandising and stock placement per company standards.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and security of cash and assets.
• Delivers superior customer service leadership and a clean store environment.
