Majors Management is hiring a Store Manager in Auburn, AL to oversee all store operations and lead a high-performing team. You will drive profitability, manage inventory, recruit talent, and ensure a superior guest experience.

You will train staff, monitor performance, schedule shifts, analyze sales trends, and implement action plans to grow sales while maintaining labor controls. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at least 50 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and MVR.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays and at least 50 hours per week.
• On-call 24/7 availability.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop the team.
• Manage employee performance.
• Schedule employee shifts to meet guest demand.
• Actively manage P&L and inventory by identifying sales trends.
• Forecast and analyze payroll, loss prevention and controllable expenses.
• Implement action plans to drive additional sales opportunities.
• Create a process-oriented environment and communicate objectives.
• Lead a culture of people-first, superior guest service.
• Set expectations and monitor results for continuous improvement.
• Maintain labor controls while delivering a superior guest experience.
