Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all non-exempt Associates.
• Lead all Company Best Practices and maximize productivity.
• Ensure scheduling and completion of all Associate cleaning tasks across the store.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing non-exempt Associates.
• Manage payroll administration and reporting as needed.
• Maintain store safety and compliance with regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service at registers, service desks, and on the sales floor.
