Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Legally eligible to work in a firearm environment.
• Certificate of Eligibility Required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory or managerial experience.
• Knowledge about Hunting, Fishing, or Shooting sports is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a staff of Assistant Store Managers and non-exempt employees.
• Provides excellent customer service and salesmanship.
• Ensures customers enjoy a full-service, high-value shopping experience.
• Attains budgeted sales by setting daily, weekly and monthly goals while managing labor costs and shrinkage.
• Promotes Turner’s Outdoorsman products and events.
• Schedules employee shifts in compliance with laws.
• Trains, motivates, supervises and develops employees.
• Maintains firearms paperwork, inventory integrity, and firearm compliance.
