• Must be able to work Sundays.
• At least 2 years of prior retail and sales experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Knowledge about Hunting, Fishing, or Shooting sports is preferred.
• Legally eligible to work in a firearm environment.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Certificate of Eligibility Required.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Requests for time off may or may not be granted during blackout periods.

• Meet budgeted sales by setting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while effectively managing labor costs and minimizing shrinkage.
• Advertises and promotes Turner’s Outdoorsman products and events.
• Promotes a teaming environment.
• Schedules employee shifts, and break times in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Distributes work assignments to employees.
• Trains, motivates, supervises, and develops employees.
• Responsible for assisting in all aspects of store operations including office management, cash handling, and firearms paperwork; maintains inventory and displays.
