Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Michigan LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store functions, help customers, and ensure merchandise is organized from delivery to floor.

The role requires the ability to handle opening/closing procedures, supervise staff, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Part-time position with opportunities for skill growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor as needed and maintain seasonal areas.
