Job summary

Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead a team, and assist with staffing and onboarding under the Store Manager. You will drive sales performance, ensure customer experience, and maintain loss prevention while upholding Citi Trends standards in a fast-paced Georgetown, SC location.

You will be responsible for supervising associates, coordinating hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training, and maintaining a safe, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver service.
• Assist with inventory control, transactions, and shrink prevention.
• Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies and standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations.
