• Experience recruiting, interviewing and hiring, with policy compliance.
• Knowledge of cash, safety controls and store security procedures.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and address performance gaps.
• Make compensation and promotion recommendations.
• Communicate expectations and coordinate safety and policy adherence.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures each day.
• Open store at least twice per week and close at least twice per week.
• Monitor sales, profitability, and inventory trends and address issues.
• Oversee stock replenishment and weekly inventory planning.
• Facilitate merchandising and pricing presentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory and cash controls.
• Ensure customer service leadership and a clean, safe store.
• Adhere to all company policies and complete required paperwork.
