Job summary

BoxLunch in Seattle is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store in achieving sales targets, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer service in a mall setting.

You’ll drive promotions, manage day-to-day operations, payroll, scheduling, and shrink prevention, while leveraging data to inform strategy and maintain brand standards across all touchpoints, including social media and in-store events.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience required.
• High school diploma or GED; degree welcomed.
• Strong communication, recruiting and operations skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative and passionate team.
• Lead engagement through social media, store apps, and clienteling.
• Maintain an operationally sound business with structure and autonomy.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, schedules and external factors.
• Communicate trends and feedback with leadership and HQ.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy to hit targets.
• Merchandise the store and launch promos on time.
• Mentor and provide feedback to build bench strength.
