Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom, executing service programs.
• Help ensure staffing during peak hours and coordinate with the Store Manager on goals and training.
• Assist in the hiring process: recruiting tasks, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
• Respond to calls per policy and manage order processing, ship-to-store, and transfers.
• Ensure returns are processed accurately and refunds issued with correct methods.
• Verify invoicing of merchandise, manage Zipline messages, and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Enforce schedules, clock-ins/outs, and day-to-day store opening/closing duties.
• Maintain building, signage, lights, and service equipment; perform other duties as assigned.
