Job summary

RPM Pizza, a large Domino’s franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver outstanding customer service, and support daily store operations. The role requires overseeing Team Members, upholding brand standards, and completing RPM training programs, including Pizza College.

You will work closely with the General Manager to drive store performance and ensure safety, sanitation, and high-quality service. This position involves flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Successful completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
