Job summary

RPM Pizza, a Domino’s franchise group, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver excellent customer service, and support store goals. You will guide Team Members, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and complete RPM training programs including Pizza College courses.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, with a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Eligible for leadership development and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and 21+ to drive.
• Completion of RPM training programs, including Pizza College courses.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
