Job summary

RPM Pizza in Fishers, IN is seeking a part-time Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver great service, and support store goals. You will supervise Team Members, ensure quality and safety, and uphold brand standards while working closely with the General Manager.

You’ll complete RPM and Domino’s training, participate in Pizza College courses, and develop leadership and team-building skills. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and 21+ to drive.
• Must complete RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food safety certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to meet performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
