Job summary

RPM Pizza, a prominent Domino’s franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store goals. You will mentor Team Members, manage labor, and ensure safety and cleanliness across a busy, high-volume store in Brownsburg, IN.

This role requires completing Domino’s and RPM training, with opportunities for leadership growth through RPM Pizza College and bonus-based compensation. The position emphasizes teamwork and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to drive (21+ to drive).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Food safety certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
