Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty and support store leadership.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures follow company guidelines.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Associates.
• Maintain accurate Associate coverage for service areas.
• Promote safety and shrink-reduction initiatives.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues.
