The TJX Companies, Inc. in HomeGoods, Toms River, NJ seeks a Key Carrier who will rotate with the Coordinator role and lead store operations during shifts.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, model integrity, supervise associates, maintain coverage, and coach team members while upholding company policies and safety standards. Open availability including nights and weekends is required.

• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage and performance standards
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
