The Store Leader is the heart of the store, responsible for executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, developing the store team, and ensuring excellent customer service. Many top managers started as cashiers or part-timers, progressing through hard work and training programs to become industry-leading store management teams. • High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of retail management experience required
• Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
