Position Overview

The Store Leader is the heart and soul of the store. A Store Leader, along with an Assistant or two, makes up the store’s leadership team. They execute merchandising and marketing initiatives, drive profitability, develop the skills of the entire store team, and ensure customers are well taken care of. Many of our top managers started their careers as cashiers or part-timers seeking extra income. Through hard work, completing our training programs, and learning the business, they have become industry-leading store management teams. What You Bring

• Ability to oversee and lead customer service, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Ability to implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Proficiency in using P&L and store reports to affect positive change.
• Experience in managing cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our rewards loyalty program.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required if you have at least one year of retail management experience.
• A valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance are required.
• Ability to perform multi-tasking, repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
