Position Overview
The Store Leader is the heart and soul of the store. A Store Leader, along with an Assistant or two, makes up the store’s leadership team. They execute merchandising and marketing initiatives, drive profitability, develop the skills of the entire store team, and ensure customers are well taken care of. Many of our top managers started their careers as cashiers or part-timers seeking extra income. Through hard work, completing our training programs, and learning the business, they have become industry-leading store management teams.
