Job summary
Panda Express is seeking experienced store leadership to manage day-to-day operations of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, supervise and direct associates to hit financial targets and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
The company funds an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success and offers ongoing leadership development opportunities across the Panda community.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
- Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
Responsibilities
- You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead and train staff through an 8+ week store leadership training program.
