Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a Panda community that cares about your success.

As an Assistant Manager you will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to hit financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and direct associates; participate in hiring and scheduling; support from a leadership training program of 3+ weeks.
