Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to lead the day-to-day operation of a single Panda Express location. You will hire and supervise team members, manage labor and costs, and ensure guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.

The role serves as a stepping stone toward General Manager, with a structured 12+ week leadership training program and ongoing development opportunities within Panda's culture and leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates.
• Drive financial performance and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead through the General Manager development path and complete required training.
