Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express unit in the United States. You will hire, coach and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program, mentorship, and ongoing support from the Panda community to help you grow professionally and personally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store and directing associates to achieve financial goals.
• Hire, manage and lead staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive store success through effective supervision and teamwork.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with standards.
