Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the United States. You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing of associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Drive the store's performance and ensure consistent execution of Panda's operating standards.
• Participate in leadership development path with potential progression toward General Manager.
