7-Eleven is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team, drive sales, and cultivate excellent customer service. You will oversee staff development, merchandising execution, and daily operations to ensure a profitable and safe store environment.

The role emphasizes crew training, loyalty programs, and strong communication. Prior retail leadership and a valid driver's license are preferred, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Focus on maintaining high retention by developing leaders, empowering employees, and promoting from within.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use store reports and P&L to drive store improvements.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty rewards program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and customer service teams to meet daily goals.
• Hire, train, and develop store staff and supervisors.
• Execute merchandising and marketing initiatives to maximize sales.
• Monitor financials and store performance using reports.
• Ensure cash handling and fuel operations are compliant and accurate.
• Support rewards programs and build customer loyalty.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards across all areas of the store.
