The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and career growth within a strong internal promotion culture. A valid driver’s license and prior retail management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership in a retail setting and train/coach staff.
• Experience supervising a team and delivering strong customer service.
• Familiar with merchandising and basic marketing programs.

Responsibilities
