Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years retail management experience.
• Proven leadership and customer management skills.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores and travel between locations.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values in every aspect of the role.
• Ensure seamless store execution, service, merchandising, procedures, and drive sales performance.
• Promote and drive the store's membership program to foster loyalty and retention.
• Oversee store operations and develop staff for growth.
• Meet sales goals through training, motivation, mentoring, and feedback.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent; create career paths for staff and managers.
• Uphold store standards and profitability through effective sales strategies and expense management.
• Manage cash-handling tasks and ensure SOP compliance; maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Serve as liaison with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations.
• Operate computers and printers, manage schedules, keep store clean and organized.
• Drive inviting store environment and ensure visual displays meet guidelines.
• Champion growth through strategic planning to increase traffic and sales.
• Address issues from staff and customers with quick, effective solutions.
