Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily store operations and guest service.
• Supervise and coach Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation.
• Drive sales with the membership program and customer engagement.
• Assist in inventory management, shipments, damages, and returns.
• Participate in recruitment, training, staffing, and retention.
• Manage staff scheduling and adherence to policies.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink.
• Ensure cash handling follows SOPs and maintain a safe environment.
