Torrid in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and profitability. You will recruit, train and develop top talent, manage operations, and ensure a welcoming store environment that reflects Torrid's values.

Responsibilities include achieving store KPI goals, balancing policies with payroll, executing merchandise strategies, and maintaining open communication with District Manager and HQ to continuously improve

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of specialty/apparel retail management experience.
• High School diploma or GED; college degree a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store objectives and KPI goals.
• Balance policies, payroll, shrink/loss prevention, reporting, and scheduling.
• Recruit, develop and train top talent committed to sales and service.
• Model Torrid values and provide a shopping experience that builds loyalty.
• Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Maintain open communication with District Manager and HQ.
