Job summary

Torrid is seeking a Store Manager to lead a fashion-forward team in a fast-paced retail setting. You will drive store performance, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure outstanding customer service while implementing Merchandising plans and driving a welcoming store environment.

You will recruit and develop top talent, stay on top of fashion trends, and communicate effectively with District Manager and HQ to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Management experience in specialty/apparel retail.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering a great customer experience.
• Fashion-oriented mindset with awareness of current trends.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store objectives and KPI goals.
• Lead an operationally sound business balancing policies, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting and scheduling.
• Recruit, develop and train top talent focused on sales, customer service and fashion.
• Model Torrid standards and ensure a shopping experience that fosters loyalty.
• Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Maintain open communication with District Manager and HQ.
