Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.) is seeking an Assistant Manager for Hollister Co. to drive sales, deliver top-tier customer service, and oversee daily store operations in Glendale, AZ.

You will lead opening and closing routines, supervise the sales floor, and manage staffing and payroll while promoting the brand and company culture. You will train non-management teammates, maintain product knowledge and visual displays, analyze reports to inform decisions, and fulfill Omni Channel orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and service mindset.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Drive to achieve results and exhibit a strong work ethic.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
