Job summary

You will open/close, supervise the sales floor and stockroom, manage scheduling and payroll, train staff, and maintain product knowledge and visual displays while upholding brand values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to coach others.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent service.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Represent the Brand and embody company culture and values.
