The program lasts up to 180 days; success leads to higher responsibilities or placement as Jewelry Consultant with compensation adjustments. This role emphasizes customer service excellence and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to pursue a management career with Signet.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate future retail leaders through hands-on store experience.
• Advancement into a leadership role is based on demonstrated performance, leadership readiness, and business needs.
• Team members who are not selected for a leadership role at the conclusion of the program will be placed into the appropriate Jewelry Consultant level based on qualifications, performance, and business needs, with any applicable compensation adjustment.
• Candidates should clearly understand program expectations, including the temporary developmental nature of the role and the potential outcomes at the end of the 180-day period.
