Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Wisconsin. You will assist in operating a single store, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction, and participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Prep for a dynamic, guest-focused role with an emphasis on teamwork, scheduling flexibility, and a strong commitment to food safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Complete 3+ weeks of store leadership training.
