Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store, lead a team, hire and direct associates, and drive guest satisfaction. A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success and future advancement within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship through a 3+ week store leadership training program.
