Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in the 3+ weeks of store leadership training program to prepare for success.
