Qualifications

• Flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to work weekends.

• Assist in operating a single store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Support delivery of exceptional guest experiences and ensure store runs smoothly; participate in leadership training to prepare for advancement.
