Job summary

Walgreens is offering an accelerated Store Manager development track designed to rapidly elevate candidates into store leadership roles. Trainees learn front-end and pharmacy operations, customer service excellence, and compliance through rotations and classroom training.

Under supervision, participants shadow the Store Manager, gain experience in inventory, staff scheduling, and performance discussions, and pursue required registrations and certifications to qualify as a Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of retail management experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store operation (front-end and pharmacy) under Store Manager.
• Participates in accelerated development track to Store Manager.
• Shadows Store Manager to learn leadership, SOPs, and compliance.
