Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Priorexperience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises store personnel and leads from the front.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns in collaboration with district management.
• Interviews candidates and recommends selections to the district manager.
