Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Fluency in English and ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to meet company standards and profitability.
• Staff, train and develop leadership team.
• Manage stockroom, front end and sales floor to ensure timely merchandise movement and proper receiving.
• Schedule Associates and manage payroll in line with budgets and policies.
• Uphold loss prevention, safety, and customer service programs.
