Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to lead a Panda Express store, drive guest satisfaction and financial results. You will oversee staffing, training, and daily operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and a smooth, efficient store experience.

You will participate in a structured leadership training program and have opportunities for growth into higher management roles within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide mentorship and leadership training to team members.
• Participate in leadership development programs and store performance initiatives.
