Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure outstanding guest experiences. A 3+ weeks leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• Assist the operation of a single store and lead associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store performance.
• Participate in a three or more weeks of store leadership training program.
