Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a Panda Express store and drive guest satisfaction. You will hire, coach and coordinate team members to meet financial targets while delivering high-quality dining experiences.

A structured leadership training program will prepare you for success, with ongoing development and opportunities for advancement within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store and lead associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in and support a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
• Help hire, manage and direct staff to deliver exceptional service and store performance.
