Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store in a fast-paced environment. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to achieve financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer a comprehensive leadership training program lasting 3 or more weeks to set you up for success; a flexible schedule is required including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
• Participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
