Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a team toward financial goals.

You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for success and future advancement. Responsibilities include hiring, supervising and directing associates, ensuring safe food handling, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home
• Available to work a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences
• Support a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success
