True North is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations in Wisconsin. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management, ensuring a fast, friendly, and clean store environment while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will liaise with the Zone Manager and uphold True North standards. You will be responsible for budgeting, cash controls, safety, and facility maintenance, while mentoring Assistant Managers and front-line supervisors.

Formación

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or cashier experience.
• Previous experience supervising others.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company standards.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop store team to meet performance expectations.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and on-call coverage.
• Oversee inventory, cash controls, safety, and facility maintenance.
• Monitor performance data and drive improvements; address issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
