Job summary

True North Convenience Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy Wisconsin store, driving profitability and outstanding customer service. You will hire, train, schedule, and coach the team, ensure safety and cleanliness, and oversee inventory, cash controls, and facility maintenance while meeting financial and service goals.

As the primary liaison to the Zone Manager, you will implement True North standards, manage staffing levels, and lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service or cashier experience
• Previous experience supervising others

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop store team members to meet performance expectations
• Provide overall leadership and accountability for store operations and results
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain a high-performing store team
